"Zero Weight" Hoop Series

The beginning. Every basketball player realizes at some point they need to get stronger and faster because the competition gets better every year. You've played well this far by just playing the game and getting your shots up, but your progress has slowed down. If you're hoping to take your game to new level, but you don't have access to a gym, this is the starting program for you. This journey focuses on your coordination, and lower body stability, so you can be more confident in the game.

Plan Schedule

1. Phase 1

Phase 1 focuses on your coordination, and lower body stability, so you can be more confident stopping on a dime, and driving to the basket in traffic. You can complete this program in the ease of your living room, or outside at the park. This phase lasts 3 weeks.

2. Phase 2

Up the intensity by adding more volume to your reps, as well as an extra day of training.
